See it before you save

The live preview is the finished PDF itself. Step through the slides, zoom in, then open Preview final PDF to scroll every slide at full size.

Rotate and number

Every slide keeps the shape of your deck, 16:9 or 4:3. Turn a single slide with its rotate buttons, and add slide numbers in any corner.

Know the limits

About PowerPoint to PDF

PowerPoint to PDF turns every slide of your presentation into a PDF page of the same size. Text, bullets, shapes, lines, tables, pictures, slide backgrounds and colours are carried over, and the text stays selectable. A live preview shows the finished PDF, with thumbnails of every slide, and Preview final PDF opens all the slides at full size.

You can rotate any single slide to the left or right, and add slide numbers in any corner, with your choice of format, start number and colour.

Animations, transitions, videos, audio and speaker notes are not included, and fonts that are not on your device are replaced by similar ones. Charts and SmartArt may not appear exactly as in PowerPoint. Hidden slides are skipped.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with .ppt files?

No. Open the file in PowerPoint and choose Save As, PowerPoint Presentation (.pptx), then convert it.

Can I see the PDF before I download it?

Yes. The live preview is the finished PDF itself. Use the arrows or the thumbnails to move between slides, and open Preview final PDF to scroll them all at full size.

Are animations and notes included?

No. The PDF shows each slide as a still page. Notes, animations, transitions and media are left out.

Will fonts match?

Fonts that are not available on your device are replaced by similar ones, so text can wrap slightly differently.

Is my presentation uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser.

Can I convert a Google Slides file?

Yes. In Google Slides choose File, Download, Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx), then convert it here.
