PDFEditKaro kya hai? / What is PDFEditKaro?

PDFEditKaro is a free online PDF editor for everyday documents. Open a PDF, click the text you want to change, type the correction and download the updated file. You can also add images and logos, sign with a drawn, typed or uploaded signature, highlight, draw, add sticky notes, cover things with white, black out private details and fill in forms. It runs in your browser, so there is nothing to install and no account to create.

What you can do

• Edit existing text: change words, numbers and dates, and adjust size, color, bold or italic.
• Add text and today's date anywhere, then drag it into place.
• Add images: photos, stamps or logos, which you can move and resize.
• Cut out and move pictures that are already inside the PDF, such as logos and photos, or replace or remove them. Drag a picture to lift it out, or use Cut out on scans.
• Sign: draw, type or upload your signature. Save it on your device to reuse.
• Annotate: highlight, draw freehand, add rectangles, ellipses, lines, arrows and sticky notes, plus check marks and crosses for forms.
• Whiteout and redact: cover content with white, or black it out for real.
• Fill forms: click the fields of fillable PDFs and type.
• Undo and redo your changes to images, signatures and annotations.

PDF mein text edit kaise karein? / How to edit a PDF online

1. PDF open karo. The file is read inside your browser and is never uploaded.
2. Text par click karo aur type karo, or pick a tool from the toolbar: Image, Sign, Highlight, Draw, Note and more.
3. Move and resize. Click an object to drag it, resize it from the corners, or press Delete to remove it.
4. Download PDF dabao aur edited file save karo.

Private by design

Your PDF is opened and edited inside your own browser. It is never uploaded to our servers, so your documents stay on your device.

Please edit only documents you own or have permission to change. PDFEditKaro must not be used to alter official records, certificates or ID documents.

Zaroori baatein / Good to know

• PDFEditKaro detects each line's font (family, bold and italic) and uses the closest match for your edits: Helvetica, Times, Courier, or a similar open font such as Calibri-style, Cambria-style, Garamond-style, Palatino-style, Century-style, Arial Narrow-style, Roboto or Lato. Underlines under text are kept when you edit it. Select part of a line and use the toolbar or right-click menu for bold, italic, underline, size, font and colour on just those words. Press Enter to start a new line. To hide private details before sharing a file, use Blur to hide (unreadable and flattened) or Redact (solid black, the strongest option). The original font file inside a PDF is only a partial copy, so a match can look very close but is not always identical. You can change the font in the toolbar.
• A scanned PDF is only a picture, so there is no text to click. Scans need OCR first, but you can still add text, images and signatures on them.
• Editing text covers the old text, it does not delete it. To hide private information for real, use Redact.
• A drawn or typed signature is a visual signature, not a certified digital signature.
• Password-protected PDFs are not supported yet.

Can I add my signature to a PDF?

Yes. Use the Sign button to draw, type or upload your signature, then drag it into place and resize it.

Can I add an image or logo?

Yes. Press Image, choose a JPG, PNG or WebP file, then move and resize it on the page.

Kya Hindi, Telugu ya dusri language mein type kar sakte hain?

Yes. Text that standard PDF fonts cannot draw is rendered with a font from your device and embedded as an image, so it looks right but is not selectable in the saved file.

Kya mobile par PDF edit ho sakti hai?

It opens in mobile browsers, but a laptop or desktop is easier for precise editing.

Scanned PDF edit ho sakti hai?

Not the existing text, because a scan is a picture of text and needs OCR first. You can still add text, images, signatures and annotations on top.
