About PDF to Word
PDF to Word reads the text of each page and rebuilds it as a .docx file with paragraphs, headings, lists and tables, so you can edit it in Word, WPS Office or Google Docs. Line breaks inside paragraphs are joined, tables are detected from how the text is lined up, and page size and margins follow the PDF.
A PDF stores text at fixed positions, so the Word file is a rebuilt approximation rather than a perfect copy. Pictures and drawings in the PDF are not copied, and fonts are matched to Arial, Times New Roman or Courier. If you want a page to look exactly like the PDF, tick the option to keep pages as pictures. Scanned PDFs have no text to copy, so those pages are placed in the Word file as pictures; reading the words from them would need OCR software.
